These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the brunotattooz website and the services offered through it, including tattoo inquiries, booking requests, uploaded reference material, and optional text message communications. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Website Use

This website is provided for personal, non-commercial use: browsing portfolio work, learning about the studio and aftercare, and submitting tattoo inquiries. You agree to use the website lawfully and to provide truthful information in any submission.

Tattoo Inquiries and Booking Requests

Submitting the booking form sends an inquiry for review. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. No appointment exists until it has been personally confirmed with you. Projects are accepted selectively based on fit, availability, and scope.

Deposits, pricing, and scheduling specifics are governed during the personal confirmation process. Any deposit terms communicated at that stage (including that deposits are non-refundable and required to secure an appointment) apply to the confirmed booking.

User-Submitted Content

You are responsible for the reference images, descriptions, and other content you submit. You confirm you have the right to share the material you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others. Uploaded references are used solely to evaluate and plan your tattoo project.

Artistic Interpretation

Reference material informs direction; it is not a specification. Custom tattoo work involves artistic interpretation, and the final design reflects the artist's judgment developed in consultation with you. Reasonable variations between references, drafts, and the finished tattoo are inherent to custom work.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including images, portfolio photographs, custom designs, text, and branding — belongs to Bruno Samuel / brunotattooz or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. Custom designs remain the artist's work product; tattooed clients receive the tattoo itself, not reproduction rights to the design.

Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information or impersonating another person
• Uploading unlawful content or content you have no right to share
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or abuse the website, its forms, or its infrastructure
• Using automated tools to scrape content or submit forms

Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep website information current, but content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies or become outdated. The website, or any part of it, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

External Services

The website relies on third-party services (hosting, storage, email, and messaging providers) and links to external platforms such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of external services, which are governed by their own terms.

SMS Terms

• SMS consent is given through a separate, optional checkbox on the booking form, which is unchecked by default.
• Text messages, if enabled, are transactional only — booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders. No marketing messages are sent.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not required to submit the booking form or receive our services.
• Message delivery depends on carrier networks; delivery and timing are not guaranteed, and carrier delays can occur.
• We will never send you a text message unless you have explicitly opted in.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, brunotattooz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, reliance on its content, or communication delays or failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
