• Tattoo project details, including your concept description and preferred style
• Placement and approximate size
• Scheduling preferences, including timeframe, preferred days, and travel details
• Existing tattoo information, including cover-up and connection details
• Reference images you choose to upload

• Communication preferences, including your preferred contact method
• SMS consent status and, when consent is given, the time consent was recorded

We also process basic technical information necessary to operate and secure the website, such as a privacy-protected (hashed) form of your network address used solely to prevent spam and abuse, and standard security records created when a form is submitted. We do not build advertising or tracking profiles from this information.

• Netlify — website hosting and form request processing
• Supabase — secure storage of submissions and uploaded reference images
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Workspace — business email for correspondence
• Twilio — transactional text messaging. Twilio messaging is not currently enabled; no text messages are sent at this time.

Reference Images

Reference images you upload are stored privately and are never publicly exposed. Access for internal review uses temporary signed links that expire automatically. Uploaded files are not published, listed, or made reachable by the public.

SMS Privacy

• Text messages, if enabled, are transactional only and relate solely to your tattoo booking request and appointments.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• SMS consent is optional and given through a separate checkbox on the booking form.
• Consent is not required to submit a booking request or receive our services.
• We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• We will never send you a text message unless you have explicitly opted in.

Data Retention

Submissions are retained for as long as needed to review inquiries, manage appointments, and maintain reasonable business records, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact address below.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded files live in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and administrative access to submission data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information we hold.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics platforms, or third-party tracking scripts. Any technical storage used by the site is limited to what is necessary for the website to function.

Your Rights
